By accessing this site and/or purchasing a photo, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. All images displayed on this website are protected under Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright. The moral and economic rights belong exclusively to the photographer.

By purchasing a photo, the buyer receives a personal use license, including the right to post the image on social media.

Reproduction, resale, distribution, or use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited without the photographer’s written consent.

3. Photographs were taken during public or sporting events, where participants were informed by the event organizer that photography would occur and that the images would be made available online for viewing and purchase.

We rely on legitimate interest as a legal basis for publishing these photos, in a journalistic, artistic, and documentary context.

If you appear in a photo and wish to request its removal, you may contact us at lessrares5@gmail.com, and we will respond as quickly as possible.

4. After submitting an order, you will receive payment instructions via email. Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive the full-resolution image(s) through a download link.

As these are digital products, refunds or returns are not accepted, unless the file delivered is defective or inaccessible.

5. We are not liable for technical errors, lost emails, expired links, or download issues. In such cases, please contact us to resend the download link or file.
